Sussex Web Recruitment is a web based recruitment agency, with Staff located in Brighton (East Sussex), Worthing (West Sussex), Croydon (Greater London), Cambridge City Centre (Cambridgeshire) and Swindon (Wiltshire).
We are a small up and coming company who are not like a traditional recruitmnt agency. We do not operate a website, due to the sheer costs invlvolved, and we pass those savings onto our clients and emlpoyees, in the form of a better hourly rate, better communication, faster turnaround time and because all our recruitment team are home based, we know how important a home based workforce is to any scale of organisation.
We say low-tech and simple is best. If we can acomplish a task with a simple and low tech solution, We will choose that option.
We are very aware of our enviromental impact, so only travel if totally required to. We do most of our interviewing via telephone, webcasting and online meetings.
The management team all muck in to the daily tasks and as such all answer the phones, e-mails, book interviews, meet clients and do background checks for candidates.
